By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or guardian's permission, and have a shipping address in the United States.

2. Products

• Our products are printed reproductions of public-domain artworks, made to order on canvas. They are not original paintings.
• Some works are inspired by, or attributed to the circle of, the named artist, as stated on each product page.
• Colors may vary slightly from your screen. Sizes are approximate.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and are calculated at checkout, including shipping. Payments are processed by PayPal. If a price is listed in error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full before it ships.

4. Orders

Your order is accepted when payment is captured and you receive a confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors or unavailable products, with a full refund.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping is described in our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds in our Returns & Refunds Policy. Both are part of these Terms.

6. Intellectual property

The underlying artworks are in the public domain. The website design, text, photographs, mockups, logos and the "Homestead Fine Prints LLC" name belong to us and may not be copied or used without permission.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, including attempting to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, access it without authorization, or submit false orders or payment information.

8. Disclaimers

The site and products are provided "as is", except for the guarantees described in our Returns & Refunds Policy and any warranties that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

11. Changes and contact
