Marketing Communications Policy

We only send marketing messages to people who ask for them. This policy explains what you agree to when you opt in, and how to stop at any time.

Your consent

• Marketing emails are sent only if you check the opt-in box (never pre-checked) at checkout or when signing up for our newsletter.
• Buying from us does not require marketing consent.
• We keep a record of when and where you gave consent.

What you will receive

New artworks and collections, stories behind the paintings, decorating guides and occasional promotions. We aim to send no more than a few emails per month.

Transactional emails, such as order confirmations and shipping updates, are not marketing and are sent regardless of your preference.

Text messages

We do not currently send marketing text messages. If we do in the future, we will ask for your separate, express written consent first.

Unsubscribing

Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. We process opt-outs promptly, within 10 business days at most. You can also write to orders@homesteadfineprints.com.

Promotions

• Discount codes are limited to one per order, cannot be exchanged for cash and expire as stated in the offer.
• We may end or change a promotion at any time. Orders already placed keep the terms that applied at purchase.
